This session is for women ready to recognize what's really holding them back -- in work, family, community impact, public service, leadership, or life. Jo Vetter, women's caucus board member, and life coach will present tips and suggestions to hurdle the mental block that is restricting you from your life time goals or activities. You will walk away with simple exercises to transform your inner critics or saboteurs into your greatest allies. Join us to claim your confidence and empower your next bold move.
