Des Moines Metro People's Townhall Community Event · Volunteer organized for Indivisible

  • Franklin Avenue Library 5000 Franklin Avenue Des Moines, IA, 50310 United States (map)

Event Description: Event is volunteer organized for Indivisible. We have invited Congressman Zach Nunn to join our event. But, if past is prologue...we are not holding our breath.

When our elected representation doesn’t show up, we show up for each other.

RSVP HERE TO ATTEND AND FOR MORE INFO!

This community-led townhall is a space for residents to speak out, organize, and demand accountability on the issues that matter most—even when those in power choose silence.

Bring your questions and concerns you would like your elected representatives to address. We will be sure these get delivered to Congressman Nunn's office.

Let’s come together, speak truth, build solidarity, and demand better.

Please register to help us prepare for the event. Your presence is powerful.

Together we can form a more perfect union that continues the progress towards liberty and justice for all.

A core principle behind all Indivisible events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values.
