Event Description: Check in with friends and neighbors who share your values! We’ll have speakers and give updates on how things are going in the Iowa Legislature and what’s ahead in the city and school board elections. Join us to be part of the solution! Newcomers always welcome!

Guest Speakers will be:

  • State Rep. Josh Turek, Candidate for U.S. Senate

  • Erin Helleso, Candidate for Iowa House District 46

  • Mayor Courtney Clarke, City of Waukee

  • Representatives, Iowa Migrant Movement for Justice

Date: Tuesday, February 10, 2026

Time: 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.

Location: Prairieview School (Media Room), 655 SE University Ave., Waukee, IA 50263 (Use the main entrance on the South side of the school. Parking in South & West lots. Handicap Accessible parking is available in both lots. However, South lot is closer to the entrance.)
