Iowa's public school system used to be among the Top 3 nationwide; now we have fallen to 27th and are continuing to plummet. All the while, politicians have cut funding to schools by billions of dollars, shorting our kids of important resources and opportunities. But there is now a statewide movement to demand fully-funded public schools: Public School Strong.
Learn all about this movement, how we got to our current moment, and what we can all do about it! There will be a presentation, Q&A, gifts and more.
