Event Description: Join us for an orientation on Zoom to bring you up to speed about public education in Iowa and how the Public School Strong community campaign is charting a course for changing it!
Concerned about the attacks on public education? Do you want honest, equitable, and fully funded public schools? Join Public School Strong! Parents, educators, students, and community members around Iowa are organizing to strengthen our public schools so that all children can thrive.
At this meeting folks will:
learn more about who's behind the attacks on public education;
learn about the purpose and goals of Public School Strong;
identify ways to show up strong in your communities for public schools and during the legislative session; and
receive a free PSS t-shirt!
