At our community meeting we asked you all to come with ideas for registering voters and did you deliver!
This month we are going to be focusing on Canvassing with our Special Guest Iowa State Representative Rob Johnson!
This meeting is for everyone, regardless of your level of expertise in canvassing. If you are brand new to canvassing, we will teach you the basics and give some really good pointers. If you are a veteran door knocker, come and give your best advice and brush up on some of your techniques. This is our first step in our larger project of registering more voters for the upcoming elections, in which canvassing will be one of the strategies we employ. This will also be a good starting point if you are looking for the best ways to help local candidates this fall for school board and city council.
